IFC has created the most extensive library of bond and swap termsheet templates for funding transactions in a range of currencies and structures.
We produced these templates with the input from market participants, reflecting recommended terms published by EMTA, the trade association for the emerging markets.
IFC has made the templates available for use by market participants in connection with the documentation of funding transactions with IFC as an issuer. IFC disclaims liability for any use made of any of the templates by any market participant for any other purpose. IFC plans to update the templates periodically to reflect current trading terms.
The templates are in open access below and are grouped under “Deliverable” and “Non-Deliverable” currency categories.
