- 기술적으로 건전
- 높은 잠재적 수익성
- 지역 경제 발전에 기여
- 환경·사회적으로 건전하며 IFC 및 피투자국의 환경·사회적 기준 만족
IFC는 자영업 또는 개인 사업자에게 직접 금융 지원을 하지는 않으나, IFC의 여러 투자 파트너들은 중소기업에 자금을 대출하는 금융기관들 입니다.
투자 제안서
새로운 벤처기업을 설립하거나 기존 기업을 확장하려는 회사 또는 기업은 IFC에 직접 투자 제안서를 제출할 수 있습니다.
초기 접촉 및 예비 심의 후, 프로젝트 평가 여부 결정을 위해 자세한 타당성 조사 또는 사업 계획을 요구하게 됩니다.
IFC 파이낸싱 신청 표준 양식은 없습니다. 파이낸싱 신청 방법 검토 후 투자 제안서 제출을 권장합니다.

투자 제안서에 포함되어야 할 기초 정보
- 프로젝트에 대한 간략한 설명 (Brief description of project)
- 후원, 관리 및 기술 지원 정보 (Sponsorship, management & technical assistance)
- 후원 기관의 재정 정보를 포함한 이력과 사업 정보 (History and business of sponsors, including financial information)
- 제안 관리 약정 및 관리자 성명과 이력서 (Proposed management arrangements and names and curricula vitae of managers)
- 기술 약정 및 기타 외부 지원(관리, 생산, 마케팅, 재무 등)에 관한 설명 (Description of technical arrangements and other external assistance( management, production, marketing, finance, etc.))
- 시장 및 판매 (Market & Sales)
- 예상 생산량, 단가, 판매 목표 및 제안 벤처의 시장 점유율 (Projected production volumes, unit prices, sales objectives, and market share of proposed venture)
- 제품의 잠재 사용자 및 유통 채널 (Potential users of products and distribution channels to be used)
- 제품의 현존 공급원 (Present sources of supply for products)
- 예상 경쟁 및 대체 제품이 시장을 만족할 가능성 (Future competition and possibility that market may be satisfied by substitute products)
