How the IDA Private Sector Window is Generating Jobs and Opportunities

Since 2017, the International Development Association’s Private Sector Window (IDA PSW) has been catalyzing private sector investment in the poorest and most fragile countries. IDA PSW resources enable high-impact projects that otherwise would not happen by helping defray macroeconomic, political, and currency risk and lower project financing costs. IDA PSW is used by the International Finance Corporation and Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency to enable the private sector to create jobs, reduce emissions, and contribute to other development outcomes.

Take a journey with us to see the impact of IDA PSW supported investments.
