DOTS for Advisory Services

DOTS (Development Outcomes Tracking System) for advisory services integrates monitoring into every stage of the project lifecycle, from concept-development to completion. The system facilitates data-aggregation and reporting on key output, outcome and impact indicators.

DOTS for advisory services is administered by IFC’s Portfolio Management Unit, and is analagous to the DOTS system that tracks results of IFC's investment operations.
